A Reiki session provides gentle energy cleansing, realignment of your energy centers (Chakras), and a way to attempt to keep the body in a balanced and harmonious state. Promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It puts the body in a meditative state; that allows the body to completely relax, release, and rejuvenate as you navigate life’s challenges. Reiki attends to the mind, body, and soul.

During a Reiki session, healing hands hover or lightly touch the body to identify & release stagnant energy. Clients often report flowing into a light meditative state & feeling a deep level of calmness and relaxation, or completely falling asleep. Following the session, notes, questions & healing suggestions are always discussed.

Frequency bath/sound healing consists of laying on a massage table and tuning forks being played. Giving your energetic body a tune up, and a sense of relaxation.
